Pineapple & Green Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 green banana, sliced and frozen

1/2 small avocado

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk

Juice from 1/2 lime (or more to taste)

56 drops liquid stevia Trader Joe’s brand recommended (optional)

water, as needed


Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add 1/2 cup water (or more if needed) to help blend the ingredients together.


Notes

Add a handful of mint leaves or substitute mint for basil.

You can use regular ripe banana in place of green banana, but make sure to leave out the stevia.
