I thought I knew how to cook before I went to natural food cooking school, but in reality I had so much to learn. I went from knowing almost nothing to being the lead instructor at a plant-based culinary school. In the process I changed my life and my health and you can too. 

Eat intuitively instead of emotionally

I don’t believe that there is a single diet for everyone, so I designed an introductory cooking course and a monthly subscription community to support you on your journey. I created these online healthy cooking classes to help you make your move toward eating healthier and changing your life for the better. 

Nearly all my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and use little to no added sugar.
