How do you want to feel this year?

Whole, balanced, grounded, at peace?
Loved and accepted?
Nourished and connected to nature?

Join me this spring to experience healing, transformation, and community in Spring into Wellness Weekly Women’s Retreat!

Weekly sessions with a maximum of 8 participants will be held at a private West Austin residence surrounded by nature–a beautiful and healing space. The space includes a yoga studio, kitchen and dining area, living room, and porches with greenbelt views (see photo gallery below).

We’ll gather on Tuesday mornings, begin with gentle yoga (energizing but gentle movement practice), then enjoy some tea and participate in a cooking demonstration by Chef Rachel. We’ll enjoy a nourishing, plant-based meal for lunch at an unhurried pace, followed by a nature walk or free time, and we will end with an hour or so of discussion on a topic related to wellness/natural healing.

Take time this spring to unplug, unwind, and treat yourself to this weekly, nourishing practice that benefits you all week long!

I highly recommend this course! Rachel has cooked for my yoga retreats for the last couple years and is an amazing chef. She is combining her gifts of yoga and healing food in this treasure of a course so treat yourself if you can…It will fill you up and nourish you on all levels and you can learn some new meals to cook for yourself, your family and friends. –Angie DeBoise Knight, yoga teacher, trainer, mentor, and retreat facilitator

Rachel’s joyful, serene approach to life and learning comes through in her teaching. Her depth of experience is irreplaceable and allows her to emphasize the practical within the ideal. She meets each student where they are — it’s never one-size-fits-all when there is an opportunity to learn from her in person. Your investment will pay dividends on every level of your health!  –Charlotte Jernigan, Ayurvedic Counselor & Chef Instructor, Austin

Rachel’s mindfulness has been a source of personal inspiration for me for well over twenty years. Her holistic approach to healing foods and a mindful practice are great medicine for the soul. – Marko Ellinger, Professional Plant-based Chef, Austin

What I remember most about my classes with Rachel is how calm and peaceful she always was. In addition to teaching how to cook and heal with food, she also demonstrated the benefits of a clean and orderly kitchen and calm and grounded presence. I still incorporate the skills and lessons I learned from Rachel over 8 years ago in my business and personal life today. – Alison Charbonneau, Healing Natural Foods Chef, Los Angeles
