Join me this spring to experience healing, transformation, and community in Spring into Wellness Weekly Women’s Retreat!
Weekly sessions with a maximum of 8 participants will be held at a private West Austin residence surrounded by nature–a beautiful and healing space. The space includes a yoga studio, kitchen and dining area, living room, and porches with greenbelt views (see photo gallery below).
We’ll gather on Tuesday mornings, begin with gentle yoga (energizing but gentle movement practice), then enjoy some tea and participate in a cooking demonstration by Chef Rachel. We’ll enjoy a nourishing, plant-based meal for lunch at an unhurried pace, followed by a nature walk or free time, and we will end with an hour or so of discussion on a topic related to wellness/natural healing.

• Seeing the world through the lens of balance
• Spring and summer health tips
• How to create a home practice of energizing movement
• Daily practices that transform your health
• Mindfulness and listening to your body’s signals
• Self-care practices to increase love and compassion
• Other wellness topics determined by the needs of participants (such as improving digestion, blood sugar stability, heart health, hormone balance, healing your skin)

Rachel Zierzow is passionate about helping people create balance and wholeness in their lives. In this series, Rachel shares her experience in holistic healing, natural foods cooking, and yoga in an experiential format that aims to transform lives.
