Private lessons and on-demand classes are a great way to add variety to your meals, improve knife skills, learn new cooking techniques, and discover healing benefits of natural foods. Scroll to the bottom of the page for suggested classes and menus.
Classes are typically hands-on and held in my home or yours, but can also be interactive, demo-style for larger groups at a rental space. Each participant will receive cooking instruction, generous tastings, and a recipe packet.
If you’d like to schedule a class or need a gift certificate for a private or group class, let me know and I’ll send one out to you!

“FAVORITE RECIPES TO KICK THE SUGAR HABIT”
To help people adjust to this crisis I am creating a new, affordable subscription service for everyone who is now finding themselves cooking from home more than ever. I hope to offer it for free or pay-what-you-can to people who have lost their jobs in this crisis. We are still working on the details, but hope to have it live in early April.
If you’d like to get a notice when the new subscription service is ready, join my list and I will keep you updated!
I am also continuing to offer online culinary instruction with my online course: Cook Naturally Without A Recipe (see front page or top menu)
